We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and adjusted their program to accommodate our needs. They even started dinner early just for us. The hotel is perfect for families with small children, offering great facilities and a lovely pool. The location, close to the beach in a calm area, was exactly what we were looking for. Plus, the cleanliness and breakfast were impeccable.

The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a shuttle that you can use, although its only until a certain time, so you cannot use it to go for dinner to the main street. There are facilities to use if it rains The room service menu, although limited, was decent food. There was a fast response via e-mail on organizing the bed set-up of my room. the pool was really nice

- The facilities could be maintained better.The soccer table was broken, the playhouse and bathroom inside was dirty (tap was not working), the grass in the park was overgrown - You look at the services and facilities when booking (you think there are spa treatments and you have use of a hot tub) but this was poor. The hot tub requires a payment of R$30 per 30 minutes and the masseuse, while super friendly,did not seem to be professionally qualified. There are only a handful of massage treatments (done in a small backroom and not in the areas shown on the site) The masseuse is not even able to apply pressure when massaging (it felt more like a sensual massage then something therapeutic) Was dissappointed to find no other treatments, like manicures and pedicures available. - the breakfast was not great. the fruits were tasteless, hot meal oversalted and no flexibility to provide a boiled egg vs. scrambled for example - the wifi never works, signal was constantly poor the entire 3 days we were there. There was no rain in the latter part of the wk-end so cannot be weather related.

Great pool and game room for kids. the beach was only a short walk away from the hotel. We enjoyed the shuttle service offered by the hotel to get to the beach when we didn't feel like walking. the hotel restaurant was also a plus, offering a variety of dishes from lunch to dinner time.

The room we stayed in was not well maintained with outdated furniture and poor quality amenities. the wifi signal was not very strong and kept disconnecting, which was frustrating.

The hotel is located in a calm area close to Paúba Beach, making it a convenient choice for those looking to enjoy a peaceful beach vacation. the rooms are recently refreshed and equipped with amenities like air conditioning and TV. the restaurant offers top-quality breakfast and lunch/dinner options, with promotions like a free kid-menu dish for parents.

The spa treatments and facilities are poor, with the hot tub requiring an additional fee and the massages lacking therapeutic value.
